Out of stock frames will automatically be removed from the site and you will no longer be able to make a purchase. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock and you have already made the purchase we will contact you within 24 hours via e mail or phone to inform you that your chosen item is out of stock. You may either obtain a full refund including delivery costs or we can help you pick an alternative pair and you pay/or receive a refund for the difference. Alternatively we can give you an approximate date for when your chosen frame will be back in stock.

topI have just ordered from your site but cannot find the same item on your site now. Why is this?

At See In Style we have an automated stock management system. If the frame that you have selected is the last piece in our stock it will automatically disappear from the site after you have placed the order. Rest assured, you will still receive the pair of glasses that you have ordered.

Please note that as we are a fashion based internet optician we only buy small levels of each frame. This is so we can provide you with the latest styles, rather then offer you last season's frames.
