When you are signing up for an account with us, you will be given the option of opting into our third party emails. If you select this option, we may in the future send you relevent offers from third parties ( A company other then See In Style) through emails or newsletters that you may be interested in. topWhat if there is a frame I want but it’s not on your website?

If you have the make and model number or a particular pair of prescription glasses then just email the link to us at customerservice@seeinstyle.co.uk and one of our dispensing opticians will try to get back to you with a quote. Not to worry if you don’t know the make or model just give us a call and tell us where you saw the frame and we’ll try our best to locate the frame at a competitive price.

topAm I able to try before I buy?

Currently we do not offer this service but we hope to add it very soon. Watch this space!

topIs your packaging environmentally friendly?

Our cardboard mailing boxes are 100% recyclable, degradable and made from 75% recycled material. Our shredded tissue paper is acid free, bleed resistant and non toxic. We are constantly working with our suppliers to reduce the amount of packaging we use and to lessen the impact on the environment.

topWhat weight are frames in your different weight categories?

Our feather-weight frames all weigh in below 15g. All our light-weight fashion frames weight between 15g and 20.4g All weights include manufacturers plastic lens.

topWhat if I want to cancel an order as soon as I have placed it?

Please contact our office by phone on 623-225-7717 or via email at customercare@seeinstyle.com at the earliest possible time. If we have not sent your order to the lab to have your prescription put into the lenses, we will simply cancel and issue you with a full refund including postage costs.
